Holidays in Merano/Meran - so multi-faceted
A holiday in Merano/Meran can be so many things. The elegant spa town at the entrance to Val Venosta/Vinschgau is only half an hour by car from our hotel in Castelbello&Kastelbell. It enchants with large parks and spacious promenades, with medieval arcades and buildings from the Belle Époque, with the Merano/Meran thermal baths, with the botanical gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, and with numerous events. Cosy bars and pubs invite you to linger; in the nice shops you can find some souvenirs.
Town flair between palm trees and alpine peaks
The alpine-Mediterranean flair of this idyllic town is incomparable. Under the shade of palm trees, you can sip a cappuccino or an aperitif while your eyes glide over the majestic peaks of the Gruppo di Tessa/Texel Group Nature Park.
